Appreciated kitchen fully equipped to prepare meals in without having to pack a single utensil or pan. Putting them in the dishwasher overnight made our trip more focused on family than playing housekeeper. Great ambiance with the fireplace and lofted ceiling. Kids could play downstairs while mom and dad caught a movie in the living room. Would stay again.

Lovely home, slightly older than anticipated by the photos on line. Great place for a family gathering! The only negative comment is that the carpet going upstairs and down was not clean and looks like it needs replacing.Also, there was only one extra roll of toilet paper in the house which seems quite conservative for 10 people!

Nice family stay

Nice house for family get together. A few things were not up to standard. The blinds in main floor bedroom were broken or missing, you could see in from the road. The toilet in main bedroom bath was dirty with someone else’s waste,had to clean it myself. We did not use grill because whoever used it last did not clean even though a sign is clearly posted to clean after using. Carpet needs cleaning. Don’t let these negative things stop you from renting this house. Most of it is just a house cleaning adjustment. Over all I would stay there again hoping of course most things would be taken care of. We had a nice family stay and the house logistics were perfect. Also even though it was out of town every thing was a short distance. Everything we did was within a ten minute drive.

Great location for a long weekend with friends or family. Kids had fun at the pool, everything was easy to use, would definitely return.

The house is great for a large group. However 2 of the beds are really couches. The stove needs replacing as do many of furnishings. Don’t appreciate large signs everywhere and very little decor. Staff is responsive, but can’t make up for items that need replacing.

Pre Thanksgiving Family Vacation

The house was just perfect for our extended family! Very spacious and open floor plan but plenty of privacy in bedroom layouts. Bathrooms were great! Plenty of towels and supplies. Well stocked kitchen and house. Abundance of games. Awesome fire place, fire pit and clubhouse amenities. Maintenance and management staff were friendly and promptly attentive to needs like lite bulbs & missing dvr remote etc A wonderful and satisfying stay!

Online pictures did not provide an accurate depiction of the house. Toilet seat finishes were pealing, cleanliness an issue, doors & screens all old and difficult to use. Mold in upstairs shower, all tables missing finish.

We very much enjoyed our stay. House was clean, rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Property manager was easy to work with. As other reviews mention, some furniture is a bit worn down and some rooms are in need of fresh paint but that didn’t get in the way of our enjoyment.

Lots of room for our group of 11. House was clean, decorated nicely and well stocked. House was however in need of updating. Carpets dirty, furniture was worn and some broken, several lights burnt out, door locks difficult to use. Back patio was very nice with bbq and fire pit.
