Experience the ultimate upgraded lakefront getaway at this stylish, open-concept home! Now featuring a private dock, hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, and a lakeside firepit. Sleeps 7 with a fully stocked kitchen, modern décor, and floor-to-ceiling garage door windows showcasing breathtaking views. Whether you`re sipping coffee, soaking in the tub, or showing off your paddleboard skills, it’s your all-in-one spot for thrill and chill!
Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Located on the main level, this room features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, twin rollaway bed, a dedicated workspace, and a closet for storage.
Bedroom 2 (Second Level): Features two queen beds, an armoir for clothing storage, and a ceiling fan. Enjoy a stunning lake view right from the window.
Full Bathroom (Main Level): Features a stand-up shower and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Makeup towelettes and a hair dryer are also provided.
White noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.
Beach towels provided during stay.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the essentials for home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, baking trays, and dishes. A starter supply of paper towels and dish soap is provided.
The coffee & tea bar features a 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig. We also supply a starter set of ground coffee, filters, K-cups, tea, creamer, sugar, and stevia to get your mornings started right.
Laundry Room: A washer and dryer are available for use during your stay. For your convenience, we provide laundry detergent and wool dryer balls. Iron and ironing board are also provided.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Guests have access to the entire home (other than locked closet), garage and outdoor spaces.
We are available for guests if needed via Airbnb messaging! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.
The lake house is located on a quiet street with very little traffic, other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this road for decades.
Driveway parking is available for 3 cars. Street parking is prohibited between 2:00am-6:00am.
The grill is located next to the garage and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Rearranging furniture in the home that results in damages in the home or labor cost associated with returning furniture to its original location will be charged to the guest after check out. - Please remove your shoes when in the home. - Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out. - Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Green Bay Getaway
We had never visited Wisconsin before and this trip did not disappoint. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the views were amazing. The sunrise was beautiful from any point on the property. There was a storm during our stay and we lost power. Nichole, Tyler and the rental team were quick to respond and kept us updated during the short outage. We were also fortunate to be there during the 4th of July and saw many fireworks over the bay. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for a wonderful spot to relax during our vacation!

Wonderful location
We enjoyed our stay. We all slept great, the location was so beautiful, they provided all the linens and towels which was perfect for us since we flew and the hosts were extremely responsive. We went back and forth about mentioning this because there is nothing the host can do, but the neighbor was very unfreindly. He came onto the property to chastise our kids for not respecting the quiet of the neighborhood and then yelled out his window that our girls were on his private property down by the water. This didn't effect our stay because we weren't at the house much but it might be a bigger deal for a family hoping to spend most of their time at the house and outside. But it really was a great stay for us.

Overall, this is a very visually appealing property with some real highlights, but there are a few important things future renters should be aware of.What we loved was the look and design of the home. The large glass garage-door–style window in the living room was a standout feature — watching the snow fall and looking out over the bay was beautiful and very relaxing. The hot tub was another big plus and was well enjoyed during our stay. We also appreciated that, after a snowfall, the owners arranged for people to come by and shovel a couple of times, which was thoughtful and helpful.One thing to note regarding the hot tub area: there is a security camera above it that has a motion-activated light. The first time I used the hot tub at night, the light kept turning on and off, which took away from the experience. When the owner proactively checked in, I mentioned it and they did turn the motion light off, which I appreciated — but it’s something future guests may want to be aware of.Where things fell short was communication. I asked several days in advance about the possibility of an early check-in and was told they wouldn’t be able to confirm until the day of due to cleaning schedules. That was frustrating, as hosts typically know their bookings and cleaning timelines ahead of time. On the day of arrival, I sent multiple messages during the drive to see if early check-in was available and to get the door code set up. We arrived without confirmation and ultimately had to
