Whether it be a holiday base to explore central Scotland, the Lowlands or even the Highlands, or visiting friends or family, or even here for work, then the location is excellent. Just minutes from the M74 and M8 motorways you’ll find the location ideal.

Kirklea sits in a corner position, provides off street parking and has a generous large garden at the rear. It proves to be the ideal base for a couple, small family or even a small group of friends. As we’ve already hinted, the location is central and accessible. There is a plethora of bars, cafes, restaurants and attractions nearby and also in the towns and cities throughout north and south Lanarkshire.

Within the cottage the standard of accommodation is excellent. There is a spacious and comfortable living room with Smart TV. The dining kitchen is modern, well presented and fitted with modern appliances including a dishwasher, which will likely only be used for glasses and cups given the amount of restaurants nearby offering cuisine from all over the world.

After days of activities and when it’s time to switch off, the two bedrooms are fitted as one twin and one double, both comfy with quality furniture and following a theme within the property fitted with ethical bedding.
