Stunning pool and ocean views await you in this beautiful, convenient condo.

Enjoy the conveniences of home and more in this comfy, relaxing, well equipped ocean front condo.  From the balcony, gaze at the ocean and pool while enjoying the breeze from the ocean.  The white sandy beach is just over the dunes and perfect for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, building a sandcastle or relaxing.  The pool area offers lounge chairs and shaded tables with restrooms and an outdoor shower.  Barbecue grills are also available. Secure area for bikes.
Our condo is located on the first floor on the parking lot side of the building but on the second floor on the ocean/pool side.  You will have to enter the main door of the condo building for enter the unit.  There is shrubbery and landscaping so there is no noise from the parking lot.

The ocean is literally steps away from your door.  What's also really impressive about Station One is the walk ability to Wrightsville Beach's restaurants and Roberts Grocery store just 1 block from the condo.  Be sure to explore Tower 7 Mexican Grill, King Neptunes or South Beach Grill for dinner options.  Grab a coffee at Adapt Kitchen or a quick lunch at the famous Trolley Stop hot dog shack.  Coffee and smoothies are right across the street at The Workshop. For exercise enthusiasts, the 2.45-mile sidewalk known as "the loop" is the place to go!  The loop will circle the beach and interior sections of the island. There is no gym on the premises.

Inside, you will enjoy comfortable seating in the living room with a large TV, Wi-Fi, and plenty of books.

The kitchen opens up the living room, breakfast bar, and dining room table. The balcony has four Adirondack chairs for viewing sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker and Keurig.  Various assortment of coffee is provided.

The master bedroom sleeps 2 in a new king bed.  It has sliding door access to the balcony perfect for morning coffee and the sound of the waves.  It also has a TV.

The second bedroom has two new twin beds.  

Maximum overnight occupants allowed is 4 people. No children under the age of 12. Children unless pre-approved in writing by owner prior to booking along with more than 4 occupants.

Two full bathrooms were completely renovated in February 2019 and give everyone access to showers. Linens, bath and beach towels provided.

Four beach chairs and a wagon provided. Beach umbrellas are not provided. There are several beach stores within walking distance that sell beach umbrellas and toys.

Within a few steps down the street, many restaurants await you including a coffee shop and many local eateries.  Menus and suggestions can be found in the condo.  You will find everything you need close by as you are in the heart of Wrightsville Beach.

Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on each floor of the condo complex. There is no washer and dryer inside the unit.  

 24 hour security on the premises.

No pets of any kind are allowed on Station One property; this includes service animals. There is no smoking and vaping allowed on the Station One property or in the condo unit.

The pool opens mid to late April and is typically open through October 31st. Times may vary based on the weather. The pool is not heated. There is no hot tub / jacuzzi, or a gym on the property. Pickleball and tennis courts are available.
