Situated high on Yamba Hill, SeaCrest is an impressive holiday home spread over two levels, offering breathtaking views where the Clarence River meets the Pacific Ocean. Thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind, it features recycled wooden floors, louvered windows to capture ocean breezes, and ceiling fans in every room for year-round comfort.

SeaCrest is also pet friendly.

A private plunge pool sits on the expansive verandah, creating the perfect spot to cool off while enjoying the views. The BBQ area and large outdoor dining space make entertaining effortless. Inside, the open-plan living area provides plenty of space for the whole family to gather. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher, and full-size fridge, ensures everyone is well catered for. Both bathrooms include walk-in showers. One pet of under 15 kgs only please, with a bond of $100.

SeaCrest is one of Yamba’s most sought-after holiday homes, just a short walk to Main Beach, cafĂ©s, pubs, clubs, supermarkets, and the iconic lighthouse. Whether you’re looking to explore the town, relax by the ocean, or enjoy a meal at a local favourite, everything is within easy reach.

This property will not accommodate hens, bucks, schoolies, or similar parties. In order to respect the rights of neighbours, large gatherings to celebrate family events should be disclosed at the time of booking.

Very clean property , plenty of space for all guests, fully equipped kitchen, within walking distance to beach and shops. The lift was handy for all our luggage. Loved the sea breeze through the property. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Interesting PLace

Stayed her for my SIL 80th birthday weekend with family. Impressed with the extra clean BBQ which many are not in places like this. Great place to have friends around and close to the beach for a swim. The lift is useful for those with mobility issues.
