Please keep noise levels to a respectful minimum at all times, both indoors and outdoors.

Outdoor music, loud conversations, and any amplified sounds (including instruments or speakers) are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of their surroundings and maintain a calm, peaceful atmosphere throughout their stay.

🚭 Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, vapes, or tobacco products, is not permitted indoors or on balconies.

📦 Deliveries
Kindly refrain from having packages or mail sent to the property during your stay.

🗑 Trash Disposal
All trash should be securely bagged and disposed of in the designated on-site bins.

Failure to dispose of waste properly may result in a cleaning fee of AED 500.

👪 Guest Responsibility
The person booking the property is fully responsible for all guests during the stay.

Please ensure that everyone in your group is aware of and adheres to the house rules.
