Slice of heaven
We had a fantastic stay in this totally private, beautiful spot in NY. Inside was cozy, outdoors were gorgeous and the pool was an added bonus. If you’re on the fence, just rent it; you will not be disappointed. (Like any rental, if you’re a big chef you may want to bring a few of your own staples.)

Wonderfully Unique Property and Incredible Experience!
I first want to extend a huge thank you to Matt for offering your incredible home for others to experience. My husband and I had not really had a chance to get away since the pandemic and we decided to celebrate our anniversary away from home this year. We found Matt's listing and thought it looked ideal...and turns out it was perfectly ideal! The house was clean and comfortable (and we have high standards!), and the property was just gorgeous (the leaves in the surrounding hills were just starting to turn when we arrived), and we were close to amenities such as restaurants and markets to make for a comfortable stay. We had high hopes that the warm "indian summer" that we had been experiencing in NYC during the last weeks of September would extend during our stay; alas, the weather turned cooler and a bit wet but Matt was gracious enough to keep the pool open at our request. We really cannot say enough good things about our stay, and our little pup agrees! We hope to have the opportunity to visit in the future!
