We had a superior room are friends booked a normal double and they were 2 rooms away on the same floor same room only difference is we paid a lot more plus are drainage hole in the shower was blocked and it took them 2 days to sort it out absolutely terrible service should definitely not return plus breakfast was busy at all times and unless you where polish you had to wait for a table

We really liked the location and amenities. However their customer service wasn’t great. They originally placed us in the wrong room. And there was no AC or fans available. The pool area is great but closes for kids at 8pm. The play area for kids is great. Rooms are spacious.

The hotel is in a good location. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The a la carte dinner looked promising but the taste and service were a big disappointment.
