The house is cosy and comfortable. It features a cute living room with design fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a nice little garden in front of the house. The living room features a sofa bed for your children, but there's also a large and comfortable rollaway bed available in the main bedroom.

## Neighborhood

Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?

The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?

We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license?

Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.

## Transit

Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The station is at walking distance from the accommodation. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your routes.

Sehr schönes, kleines Haus in toller Lage. Leider war die steile Treppe auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen, die mit Kindern etwas problematisch ist. Aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen

5 Tage Trip

Waren als 4 Gruppe Jungs unterwegs und das Haus war perfekt geeignet dafĂŒr. Ausreichend Platz und ein gemĂŒtliches kleines Wohnzimmer zum entspannen und vorglĂŒhen.

SĂŒĂŸes Haus in guter Lage

Alles in allem war das Haus niedlich und es ist nicht weit zum Strand und zur Einkaufsmeile. Da wir ein 2-jĂ€hriges Kind dabei hatten wĂ€re es schön gewesen wenn die typisch hollĂ€ndische steile Treppe mit abgebildet gewesen wĂ€re. Das Bad und die Toilette sind neu und waren sauber. Der Rest des Hauses wirkte schon sehr used. Die ausklappbare Couch hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Auf den Bildern gibt es im Außenbereich einen großen Tisch zu den StĂŒhlen, dieser war leider nicht mehr vorhanden und wir saßen zu viert an einem kleinen runden Metalltisch. In den SchrĂ€nken sowie die Sitzkissen war es leider nicht so reinlich. Die Böden und die Einfahrt hĂ€tten auch nochmal richtig sauber gemacht werden können. Wirkte oft schmudellig. Nachdem wir hier etwas Hand angelegt hatten war es angenehm. Trockner und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden aber leider kein WĂ€schestĂ€nder oder Ă€hnliches. Grill steht auch da, da aber auch dieser schon bessere Zeiten erlebt hat haben wir unseren eigenen benutzt. Wir wollen die Punkte eher als Verbesserungsvorschlag auffĂŒhren und geben trotzdem 4 Sterne da der Rest putzig ist.

GemĂŒtliches, kleines Haus in StrandnĂ€he. Ideal fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt mit guten Freunden.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauberes HĂ€usschen in Zandvoort mit guter Ausstattung. Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Amsterdam ist 30 Minuten mit dem Sprinter entfernt, Haarlem ca. 10 Minuten. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Beachbars/Restaurants und die Möglichkeit fĂŒr Wassersport wie Surfen oder Kite Surfen. Auch einen Fahrradverleih gibt es im Ortskern. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt. An der KĂŒche mĂŒssten ggf. ein paar Reparaturen vorgenommen werden.

Even better than expected!

This great little house has everything you need. It's and easy walk to the beach area, and there is also a nice grocery store nearby. The bed was very comfy and the linens were nice. Stairs are steep to the bedroom. Bonus half bath is downstairs, and the washer/dryer came in handy.

Gerecht mit Abstrichen!

Positiv zu erwĂ€hnen ist, dass das Haus eine sehr gute Lage hat und sowohl Strand, Innenstandt und Supermarkt durch kurze Laufwege gut zu erreichen sind. Ebenso der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus muss positiv ins Gewicht fallen. Die Sauberkeit hingegen lĂ€sst zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Die einzige Stellen, die sauber gereinigt waren, waren der KĂŒhlschrank, die WCs, die Waschbecken und die Dusche. Der Rest war mangelhaft oder seit mehreren Wochen gar nicht gereinigt worden. Auf den Polstermöbeln (StĂŒhle, Couch) wollte man ohne Unterlage nicht sitzen, da sie mit Flecken ĂŒberzogen sind. Zudem gibt es einige Defekte: Das Außenlicht geht nicht, am Gasherd ist die grĂ¶ĂŸte Platte defekt, am Waschbecken lĂ€uft das Wasser nicht ab, Die Sicherung fĂŒr die Stromversorgung der unteren Etage ist öfter mal rausgeflogen und die Fenster sind allesamt undicht. Fazit: Das Haus sollte dringend mal generalĂŒberholt werden.

Nice cute house, we would come back!

The house is good located in a quiet area with nice neighbours, walking distance to the beach, the center (with good restaurants) and a supermarket. There is a guest wc downstairs, a livingroom with a sofa, a tv and a dining place and next to it a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, nespresseo machine, dish washer etc) and upstairs is a bedroom with a very comfortable bed and next to it a bathroom with a shower place, hairdryer etc. We had sufficient towels. The only negative thing is that in the bathroom is no power for the hairdryer and in the bedroom next to it there is no mirror - but for some days i'ts manageable. And my boyfriend expected shower gel and shampoo, but also that was not a problem. Outside is a BBQ and a table with chairs. The check-in to get the key and the check-out was very easy and not complicated. We would definitely come back!

Not bad

Good location, parking facility in front of the house, stove, beds really confortable. But global finition and cleaning is average, 1 sink did not work properly, not real blinds on the windows -you wake up with the sun, which for some people is ok...but with kids :-(. And price is really expensive in comparison with other AirBNB in Zandvoort, at the same period (some friends also booked other properties (almost 1.000€ for 3 nights)

Ok ... sind enttÀuscht

Wir waren persönlich leider enttĂ€uscht Die tollen Fotos haben uns dazu bewogen das Haus zu mieten Leider merkt man, das die Möbel / Einrichtung schon alt und ungepflegt sind. Stullstoffe voller Flecken Keine Seife in der GĂ€stetoilette Löcher in der Wand vom mehrmaligen UmhĂ€ngen von Bildern nicht verschlossen Am Rollo fehlt der Verstellstab etc etc Als wir ankamen, war die GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine bis oben hin voll mit Geschirr und wurde nicht ausgerĂ€umt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht gut, unsere Fragen wurden leider viel zu spĂ€t beantwortet. Schade wir hatten uns sehr auf das Haus gefreut Die Lage ist top, auch der Parkplatz vorm Haus

Prima huisje

Gezellig en knus. Servies was niet schoon, we hebben eerst moeten afwassen. Communicatie was moeizaam. Gevraagd of we eerder mochten komen, ik heb hier geen antwoord op gekregen. Op de site denk je dat het aan de zee ligt, maar het is een paar minuten lopen. Verder hebben wij het prima naar onze zin gehad.

Es sollte ein Hinweis gegeben werden -wo und wie die Heizung in Betrieb gesetzt wird.Haben den ersten Tag bei 10Grad gefroren.Durch Zufall den Regler gefunden.

Alles in ordnung

Ich war mit drei Freunden da, das Haus ist leider nicht ganz am Strand , als das es cute Beach House genannt wird, aber es sind neunmal 10 min Fußweg & das ist kein beachhouse fĂŒr mich. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die KĂŒchengerĂ€te und Utensilien waren leider nicht ganz sauber, bzw. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt & spinnte rum.
