Large, simple apartment house "Kondor", 5 storeys. In the district of Gryfelblatte 600 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (96 steps) to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 70 m, bakery 600 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 230 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 450 m, ski bus stop 230 m, ski school 850 m, children's ski school. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
1-room apartment 40 m2, on the upper ground floor. Simple and comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 wall-trunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. A beautiful and clean place. Well equipped kitchen. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. There are many stairs to get there but breathtaking view of Matterhorn from the slopes helped you forget about that.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Einrichtung/Ausstattung dürfte modernisiert werden evtl. auch eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln anstelle von Filterkaffee. Der Weg zur Wohnung hat sehr viele Stufen und im oberen Bereich waren die Stufen vereist, eher gefährlich. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, es ist sehr schade, dass er nicht frei laufen durfte, aber verständlich wegen der Elektoautos

Zermatt Kondor Apartment

Nice, clean apartment conveniently located not far from the train station and lifts. The apartment has no curtains and as it's on the ground floor there are quite a few people walking next to the windows. The price advertised is not the price you pay. Add over 100 CHF for cleaning, linens and towels. This should be visible on the website during booking not told afterwards. On top of this if you leave garbage in the property despite cleaning fee you will be extra charged. The key collection and return office is over 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The staff are very friendly but not flexible: leave 10am prompt, no late checkout, no, you can't leave your luggage anywhere. The property is beautifully located and very clean.

Está muy arriba en la montaña

El alojamiento queda muy lejos de todo, toca subir calles con pendientes y después muchas escaleras, lo cual resulta complicado cuando hay hielo en el suelo. El baño, la cocina y la cama estaban limpios, pero había mucho polvo en la parte de atrás de las camas y en las mesas. Solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico, tuvimos que comprar nosotros. En el libro donde dejan toda la información, se han olvidado de poner la clave del wifi. No volveremos, no es práctico llegar al apartamento.

Casa arredata in modo appena sufficiente!

Personale del Sito e dell'Agenzia gentile, disponibile ed assolutamente chiaro è trasparente. L'arredamento è fatiscente (lavabo con diverse lesioni, i mobili sono vecchi e i materassi sarebbero da buttare) e lo stesso appartamento necessità di interventi (crepe ed infiltrazioni di umidità nel bagno e umidità nel soggiorno.
