The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

InterHome could do with a bit more customer care. Basically they are there to just give you keys. They should call and check to see if you need anything and if everything is good. We had several broken things in our rental. Who looks to see that everything is operational? No one wants workers in while they are there. Worst sheets, towels and pillows ivevever had in a VRBO. And if you stay in This place, you’d better like walking up 100 stairs to get home. Apartment layout is good and we enjoyed Zermatt. But disappointed in the care and maintenance of this rental.

Property manager should send more detailed information on how to access the property. You have to open a door, go through a tunnel, take an elevator, open another door with key, walk to another lobby and take another elevator or stairs to the front door of the property. We had to guess all that to get to the property.
