Step into this enchanting accommodation and be immersed in a rural classic atmosphere, inspired by the ambiance of an authentic coach house. The living room is cozily furnished with a comfortable double sofa and a separate chair, around the coffee table in the TV corner. At the dining table, you'll find three chairs and a stool to share delightful meals. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences such as an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, and a Quooker to meet all your cooking needs. The first toilet is also located on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you'll find the bedroom and an adjoining bathroom. The bedroom is an oasis of peace with a comfortable double box spring (160x200cm), a cozy seating/single bed (80x200cm) by the window, and a second television for extra entertainment. A spacious wardrobe with ample hanging and storage space and a practical full-length mirror complete the setup. Bedside lamps by the bed provide both functional and ambient lighting.
The adjoining open bathroom offers ultimate comfort with a walk-in rain shower, a second toilet, and a double sink unit, where you can freshen up. For added convenience during your stay, there is a storage room downstairs with a washing machine.
If you are traveling with small children up to 2 years, a high chair and a foldable baby cot are available. Parking is not a problem, as there is space for 2 cars on the property. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Whether you want to sunbathe, read a book in the shade of a tree, or enjoy a romantic outdoor dinner in the evening, this garden provides the ideal setting for all your outdoor activities. There are 2 teak garden chairs with a table, 2 loungers, a picnic table, an umbrella, and cushions. Planted with beautiful hydrangeas, lavender, elderberries, and olive willow hedges, with a clear view of the surrounding houses at a comfortable distance, you can enjoy undisturbed privacy in the garden.

Daily arrivals are allowed, except on Sundays. During holiday periods, weekly rentals are applicable.Payment of the bill must be made in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On your departure day, you must vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the designated location where you picked it up.If baby cots are available, please note that bed linen is not provided. You will need to bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. You can check your booking to confirm if this applies.Overnight guests must be registered, and they may only stay after receiving approval. An additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets may be permitted; this will be specified in the property information. Please inquire about this option. As a pet owner, you are responsible for your dog and must ensure that you do not disturb other guests or neighbors.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
