We are seniors and did not enjoy our stay too much. With no car.. it is very difficult to get into Aachen! Bus stop far away! We did not expect an Italian restaurant in the hotel with no other option. Breakfast expensive.. they charged for the pool, robes .. house keeping very poor.. we still enjoyed our time in Aachen .. but would not recommend the Art Hotel superior. We expect more from a 4 star hotel!!!

Stopped here a few times and last night used the restaurant for the first time. Waiter was grumpy that we hadn’t reserved a table, it was busy and we may need to wait. His manner and tone of voice was disappointing.

The rooms are quite spacious, offering plenty of comfort. However, it's important to have your own car, as there are few transportation options available in the area. This might be inconvenient for those relying on public transit. As for the dining experience, both breakfast and dinner were fairly decent, providing a satisfactory variety of dishes, though nothing particularly stood out. While the meals weren't extraordinary, they were adequate enough to enjoy. All in all, the accommodation offers good room space, but transportation limitations may pose a challenge for some guests.

Arrived late due to traffic so missed the restaurant and spa. The lovely receptionist ordered us a takeaway pizza, had no cash so she offered to pay the cash and we sent it to her on paypal. Breakfast was yummy!
