This is not a PUS HOTEL

We were so disappointed with this hotel. It is NOT near Aalen. It needs so much work. It looks like it might have been busy at some point but it feels like a ghost hotel. Our room had one small comforter. No towels. No glasses. 2 pillows. A refrigerator that did not work. The washer dryer area for the hotel is dirty and pathetic. The reception area had trash that was not picked up for two days and no Receptionist. There was quite a bit of deferred maintenance on the property. It should not be a PLUS hotel. The breakfast buffet was OK but they mixed the stale day old bread with the new bread.

Probably due to pandemic no one at reception. Waited 35 minutes for someone to arrive after I called them. Typical room, cold uninviting shower but large room. Area was good with nearby farm and walks for dog

Wir waren sehr mit der Wahl des Hotels mit der Nähe zu Aalen zufrieden. Die Lage ist optimal, alles war sehr sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man für ein gutes Frühstück wichtig ist. Die Umgebung bietet unzählige Radwege an. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

:-) Wir haben kurzfristig eine Unterkunft bekommen und sind beim Frühstück satt geworden. :-( Sieht nach einem fast verlassenen Ort aus: Rezeption ist niemals besetzt gewesen. Ehemalige Konferenzräume wurden teilweise beräumt. Seifenspender am Waschbecken leer. Außenanlagen, wie z.B. Biergarten ist am Wochenende geschlossen. Parkanlage verlassen und ungepflegt. Das Frühstück wurde besonders am Sonntag schlecht präsentiert. Wir haben nach fast allem suchen oder fragen müssen. Die Auswahl war eher schlecht, da nur wenige Gäste da waren.

Restaurant lukket en lørdag aften… personalet var stresset og værelset var tæt på at være uhyggeligt. Værelserne mangler en opgradering. Morgenmaden var ok, men igen stresset personale som ikke var klar da morgenmaden startede.
