This property built in 2011 boasts a lovely modern open plan kitchen/dining room with modern appliances, a quiet enclosed garden, downstairs toilet and comfortable living room. The upstairs has 2 double and one single bedroom and bathroom. Parking in the driveway. Kingseat is walking distance via a lit walk to Newmachar . Newmachar has various facilities (chemist, co-op, fish & chip shop, Chinese, bar/restaurant, gym church and a hotel.
