I spoke to front desk clerk Alex n the room he assigned us was perfect. We were on the ground floor, by request, as we were in town for a wedding n we had a LOT of luggage n “stuff”!! Our room ws excellent. It ws sold out yet very accommodating. Alex was Awesome n so full of customer service. Laura?? Checked us in n was very nice, friendly n answered all of our qxs. We arrived in time for free beer-who can beat that for check in!!!! Would highly recommend n will def stay again!

Property is a bit dated and could use some updates and maintenance. Bathtub caulk was pretty dirty and gross. Generally clean, and decent value for the money.

The room had lots of mold, a door that wouldn't shut, a bathroom light that would often not turn on, the wall unit smelt like it was melting when the heat was turned on. I would give it all 0's if I could

Check in was frustrating as my sister had issues and the clerk didn't handle it very well. They were trying to double charge her card, and mine went through just fine, and he wouldn't acknowledge or explain to her what was going on. Just kept saying they're not associated with Wyndam, when the name is literally all over everything. WHY are we charged automatically for the safe when we're not even notified about it and DIDN'T EVEN USE IT!?!?! Room was okay, shower head loose from wall. No cups, no ice bucket, no complimentary anything. Breakfast was less than satisfying. Only had powder creamer for coffee?? Not many options for the price of the room. Sad to hike up the price just because of the fair in town. I booked 3 weeks in advance. Visiting family from out of town and sister stays there frequently but her nor I will not stay ther again.

Our stay was nice. Nothing over the top but it was comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed and pillow a little uncomfortable but not a bad hotel to stay at especially for the price! We didn't make it to breakfast so not sure what that was like there.

Friday night was very good. Sat. night was very noisy. People in room above came in about 2am and it sounded like the roof was going to come down on top of us and the talking was very loud this continued till 4:30 am. There also was a dog in the room next door that woke us by barking. Breakfast options were minimal. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

If you’re looking for just a place to sleep and won’t be spending much time in the room, then this is your place to go. No elevator. Didn’t know that before booking and we were traveling with an ADA individual. Breakfast was pretty scarce, left and ate elsewhere. Only one staff member working the front at a high check in time. 30 minute wait in a very hot lobby. Not worth the $158 rate we had for 1 night.

Didn't like seeing hairs in the bathroom. On the tub and floor Past guests food leftovers in microwave.Reported and was to be taken care of,wasn't. Manager situation,she didn't care about a situation that happened. The breakfast guy was awesome. The check in guy was decent. They are lacking staff.The Manager actually said things get missed. I should not have to reclean the bathroom. The female manager has customer service to learn.
