The living area offers a relaxed place to unwind, centred around a generous sofa and soft, considered finishes. Nearby, a round dining table invites easy meals, with doors opening directly to the private courtyard. Outdoors, a shaded dining area, BBQ, and relaxed seating create a natural extension of the living space, ideal for long lunches or evenings under the sky. The soaking tub and rain shower add a spa-like touch, offering a quiet way to end the day after time by the coast.

Both bedrooms continue the home’s calm, cohesive feel, each with a king bed, soft lighting, and ceiling fans for comfort. The bathroom is centrally located, finished with clean, modern detailing, including a walk-in shower and sleek vanity.

A separate laundry and ducted heating and cooling add everyday ease, while driveway parking for two cars and additional street parking ensure a seamless stay.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
