NEW HOT TUB installed December 2024!!! Gazebo with propane fire pit. Huge deck area with large capacity Traeger pellet grill and 36” Blackstone, and two outdoor dining areas. Outdoor lounge area.
Modern kitchen with ice machine, double oven and warming drawer.
Game room with ping pong table, wet bar, and second ice machine.
Fishing dock with brush for crappie. Swim deck for jumping into the lake. Slide into the water from the swim deck. Sturdy steps to exit the water. Two kayaks, two paddle boards and a paddle boat.
Boat slip for up to 24’ boat or pontoon. Slip is 12’ wide. In a protected cove.

Wonderful stay, perfect size house for 14 people to sleep comfortably from kids to adults. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The outside spaces were pretty buggy and dirty but nothing we couldn’t clean. The dock was unbelievable with the slide and high jumping dock. We loved all the water toys and the extra life jackets came in handy with the kids. The fishing around the cove was so fun and kept everyone occupied. We brought a boat and were able to tie it at the dock. Just don’t leave anything out, the raccoons will get it.

Spectacular water fun

The property was in excellent shape and well stocked with essentials and then some. Ages 6 to 83 enjoyed our multi-general vacation. The slide and jumping deck and kayaks and paddle boards provided hours of fun at the water's edge. Enjoyed the hot tub and spacious deck area. One of our best vacations ever.

Wonderful Family Lake Trip Weekend

We chose to spend our annual family lake trip weekend at this stay, and are so glad that we did! There was enough space for all of us to be comfortable. The huge fridge and ice-makers made cooking and keeping cool very convenient. We especially enjoyed the dock area and the various extras it had, like the slide, paddleboards, and upper deck. The owner was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house was clean and true to the listing. We strongly recommend this stay and would come back for another family trip!

Great property for families!

Amazing stay for extended family vacation

This home was perfect to accommodate our trip. From the room sizes, bathrooms, massive kitchen with a huge fridge and freezer, large range and double ovens-we had everything we needed. It also has two big ice makers that never ran out. The dock was a wonderful hang out location and we had some luck fishing as well! Plenty of outdoor furniture to relax in. Bedding was clean with plenty of extra, rooms floors and bathrooms were very clean and plenty of towels too. Will highly recommend this space for large groups and will most likely come back! Nice small liquor store in Ketchum, and Walmart was only 25 minutes away if you needed more. Highly recomment H20 water sports for rentals through Marina Del Ray Resort.Which is only 5 minute drive from the house, and just as quick by water. Vigil was very responsive very quickly when I reached out for some recommendations and also with instructions on check in and out. You can tell they really care about this place and your experience! Thank you Again for a wonderful trip!

Weekend Lake Getaway

Amazing home for a large group of friends and family. Home was beautiful and had great indoor and outdoor spaces that could accommodate everyone! Game room upstairs was a hit with the teens! And the dock was amazing! Even the adults took advantage of the slide and jumping off the top dock platform! Kitchen was very well appointed, and the huge refrigerator/freezer accommodated food for 20 of us for 3 days! Beds were great and bathrooms were large and plentiful! Definitely a place we would love to return to in the future!
