The stylish Villa offers 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds all with their own four poster luxury beds, private terraces, private outdoor bathrooms, wifi and air-conditioning. There is luxury interior design, including local art and antiques, throughout the property.

The Villa boasts generous relaxation space (both indoors and outdoors), an air-conditioned library and TV room, a yoga room, well equipped modern kitchen, dining room, drawing room, BBQ area, a large veranda made for sundowners and of course the extensive swimming pool.

A friendly and experienced staff including a cook, is dedicated to providing you with the best care possible so that you instantly feel relaxed and at home. There is security staff provided with a manned security post at the gated entrance 24/7. A driver can also be arranged and the Villa has the benefit of its own tuk-tuk.

A private driver can also be arranged on request for local site visits.

There is free WiFi with high speed internet access throughout the Villa and garden.

The Estate also has it's own organic vegetable garden and copious coconut trees, the produce of which you will undoubtedly enjoy during your stay.

You will have the whole of the Estate to yourself bar the live-in staff who have their own quarters away from the main Villa and the odd monkey swinging through the trees!
We can arrange private yoga, massages and other fitness classes in the yoga room at your request. Other activities, such as whale watching and motorcycle tours, can be arranged. The local beaches are renown for some of the best surfing in the world!

The Villa is a c.20 minute train journey from Galle Fort or a c.35 minute car journey. The Villa is a c.2.5 hour car journey from Colombo Airport. Weligama and Mirissa Beaches are in very close proximity.
