Beautiful basque family home with independent studio, ideal for families.
Located in the village of ahetze (walking distance from the center) you will enjoy the calm in a bucolic and wooded environment less than 8 minutes from the beaches of Bidart.
The garden has a beautiful wooden terrace perfect for a yoga session or a family lunch. There is also a trampoline for children.
1- Home
On the ground floor of the house you will find:
- An open and friendly kitchen with central island and 4 bar chairs giving access to the covered terrace.
- A large dining room/ Living room of about 50m2 exposed South Southwest
- A room facing West with a bed in 140 next to a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the floor:
Bedroom 1: South-west facing with a bed in 160 with balcony access. You can see the Rhune in good weather
Bedroom 2: South-west facing children’s room with 2 single beds (190x 90)
Room 3: Child’s room with bed 1 place exposed South-East.
2- Studio (2 beds recommended but can accommodate 4 people)
Attached to the house with entrance and private garden, ideal couple or teenager.
Northeast exposure.
Fully equipped with Kitchenette/ shower/ WC
