Lack of communication

This hotel does not communicate when you have an issue. I was so unwell, I could not get to the hotel. They just do not communicate

i liked the property much, they upgraded my room which was showing unavailable during online booking. Staff was very nice and helpful. room services were also very quick. food quality and taste were on top. I would highly recommend the hotel and would like to visit again. thanks

This hotel is generally satisfactory. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Palladium Mall, hospitals, and shops. However, it could benefit from some renovations and modernisation of its shower and bathroom facilities. On the positive side, the restaurant offers delicious food, the rooms are clean, and the other services and facilities are also commendable.

Online booking subject not to be received

I am not sure how this place got so many good ratings, I was lucky to find a day in advance before traveling they confirmed there was no communication from hotels.com about my booking, I readily took help of Susan and it got confirmed, was just wondering what would have happened I had landed found no booking there, but to my surprise the next day a lady was yelling at the top of her voice as she did not find her online booking there, this hotel is very noicy and has social events all the time , hotels.com and others need to interfere and find out why this hotel alone is not getting bookings, only one lift for entire hotel with so many guests waiting after the social events, food was way below par, Room says king size bed but just about queen size, bathroom was slippery, I should thank that the trip got over.

Exactly what I was expecting From this hotel all staff was like one family. I like most from breakfast team they are really to serve breakfast one of person name fetching and General Manager Mr. Sing and front desk Ghanshyam. Visal was very helpful people definitely love to come back 😊

Excellent facility for the price per night. The hotel desk was excellent in assisting me. Additional well English speaking person will enhance the image of the property.
