Hotel was clean and updated. I used the hot tub after a long day of shopping. My room was clean and bathroom was updated and a great shower. Staff and cleaners were all friendly, smiling and very efficient. I will return again.

I was greeted in a most pleasant manner. I truly appreciated the efficiency and professionalism extended by Rebel when I checked in. I was further impressed by the assistance and direction received by Lauren in getting necessary documents executed for business reasons and during the check out process. Both employees exceeded my expectations. The hotel property itself is impressive. I’ve already planned another stay there in the next few weeks. When traveling to Fairlawn Ohio, this hotel will definitely be my home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality. You’ve distanced yourself from the rest.
