The first room has paint covers over the smoke detector and sprinkler head. No bedspread. The beds looked ancient and sagged terribly. The tub was rusted and there was dirt in the corners and along every wall. The hallway carpeting is filthy and it smells bad. The second room was only one bed for three adults. The room was no cleaner and the smoke detector was missing. The third room is barely acceptable. The beds are pathetic. The room is not clean. One elevator is out of order. The other one has a loose panel where the call buttons are located. This is a poor example of a motel never mind a Radisson and I wouldn’t suggest it for my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!!!

At first I didn’t feel comfortable because there were so many people there. Getting over that, I felt that the property is severely outdated. The appliances in my room did not match, and the door to hide the refrigerator was missing (looked like it was broken).

They spat on the mirrors, the bathroom and bedroom were not cleaned at all! A lot of dust and a terrible smell. However, this is a problem of the whole hotel, everything is very dirty there! Everywhere! They took my deposit twice! First in cash at the reception and from my bank card! They returned it in cash, but no one returned anything to the card! Although at the reception they said that they would cancel this charge!!!

We reserved a room and paid ahead. Check in was at 3pm. We arrived around 6:10 pm. There was no one at the desk and another guest waiting. There was a note posted that advised of a security deposit required of $150 which was not disclosed at booking. When the employee finally shows up they had to call housekeeping to see if the room was clean. The room was out dated. Carpet rippled and stained and faucet in the bathroom leaked. When checking out they did not provide any type of receipt. Will not stay here again.

This hotel was not the cleanest. I had changed my room because they put me in a room the had a used bar of soap still in the shower and no mini fridge at all. The new room was okay, half of the bed was hard and the other half was shorter than the first. The bed was a temperpedic moveable bed and the moveable aspects were broken. The hotel had a strong smell of bleach and in the bathroom the light was going out.

The property was in close proximity to where we were planning to go and the only rooms available in this area. He property was run down and was in need of some updates. Mold in shower, smell of pot in the room (no smoking room), smoke detector was covered in plastic our other room the smoke detector was hanging from the wall.

Would not recommend.

The hotel provided a place to sleep for a night so it did its job, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. The outside, lobby and rooms looked nothing like the pictures. Inside it was quite hot, the service was slow, and I found garbage in my bathroom and under the beds, as well as hair on the floor and in the shower. For $350 a night after tax, I was quite disappointed and frustrated.

Stay as far away from this hotel as possible first off the beds are horrible they are using old select comfort and are horrible. Second they have NO customer service we left and got home and realized we forgot 2 dresses that my wife for the wedding we were staying there for. Well guess what the told us they were thrown away, they don’t keep anything. I have never heard of this even cheaper motels normally keep items for a certain time. I have returned to places for pillows, clothes and children’s favorite stuffed animals and have always been there. I say this we’re not cheap dresses there is no way they threw them out. I hope whoever got them enjoys or is enjoys the money after they sell them

Not worth the money at all. If we weren't so tired we would definitely leave. Disgusting stains everywhere. Carpet pulling up in several places. Obvious mold in the bathroom. Out of towels, out of sheets for the pull out! How is this a Radisson???? We want our money back. We actually considered another hotel, but "splurged" on this because the pictures looked so nice. Do not be deceived as we were, stay elsewhere! And it was not just us... When I went down to the front desk a second time because the "sheets" I was given for the pull out had huge nasty stains in one, and the other was not a sheet at all, it had snaps all in it for a table cover or shower curtain... another couple came in while I was waiting. I told them if they were looking to check in I would NOT recommend this. They said, "Oh we know!!..." and went on to tell me their horror stories of the stains and dirty condition of their room. They were not given bath towels or wash clothes the previous day and had to use hand towels only. The employee returned with one sheet for me, saying it was the last and only one... they were out...

Our stay wasn't good at all. First, the toilet didn't work had to use a plunger to flush the toilet. No sheets for the pull out bed. No new sheets for our bed and we stayed here too nights. We didn't get any clean towels after we asked for them They advertised breakfast, but it wasn't any.just disappointed and would like some of my money back 😡

Run down, needs new owners

The first one he sent us to when we tried to pull out the fold out sofa. The mattress pretty much fell on the floor because the base of it was destroyed. So they moved us to another room that had an air conditioner. It sounded like a power tool is going on. The third they moved us to great, but I got the job done even though half the lights didn’t work. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful, it is not their fault that ownership or management are not doing anything I’m not sure if they even had a continental breakfast, but they do not have towels in the pool area also, not that that’s worthy of a one star, but it’s just another hit on a place that performed horribly I have photos not in this phone I plan to send them to hotels.com

Horrible stay

It was extremely hot in the hallways & the room. The air hardly worked. It stunk really bad and theres was to much chlorine in the pool and they need to keep up with cleaning the pool
