I was hesitant to book through Travelocity after a bad experience last summer, but very glad I took the risk. Grand Sirenis is a great resort for families and really anyone else. It is so big that you can find something for everyone. It is a lot of walking, there is ALWAYS a golf cart ready to take you anywhere. Highlights for us with a 12 year old boy: Dolphin show at 11AM everyday(short, but a great 15 minute show), snorkeling(this rivals St Lucia and St Martin that we were recently at) that is clear as a pool on sunny days, lazy river(don’t wear white and use the black tubes), service by staff was ALWAYS friendly, restaurants(even the buffet always had sushi & ice cream at lunch), a La cartes(went to Japanese-everything, Mexican-garlic shrimp, Brazilian-so much food, steak-even great salmon and Italian-desert was the highlight). I want to give a BIG shout out to EDGAR PONTE(apologize if I have the wrong spelling). He made sure, even the 1st night, that we had dinner reservations. He found us numerous times during our trip and even helped get last minute reservations at the Japanese restaurant. We also received a bottle of champagne to celebrate our trip. Thank you Grand Sirenis! Our whole family felt so special!

This was our third trip to the Riviera Maya but our first time staying at the Grand Sirenis….and we LOVED every minute! We felt welcomed from the second we walked in for check in. We have alway felt welcome and pampered when in the area but the staff here took it to a whole new level. The beach was breathtaking! The lazy river was so peaceful and relaxing, the pools were beautiful and a great time! The food was the best we’ve ever had…buffets were great, we loved the beach bbq each day for lunch, Japanese and Mexican restaurants were our favorites for dinner. Plenty of entertainment options in the evenings…we watched the Broadway show and the Michael Jackson show and enjoyed both and ended our evenings at the sky bar which was beautifully decorated and a great way to end each day! Lastly, the drinks….we had plenty and I’m pretty sure tried every bar on the property and enjoyed every one!! If you’re looking for a property…look no further, this is the one! Great job Grand Sirenis ❤️ see you again!

Always Great Staff. Rooms are wonderful. Resort is easy to navigate. Spa is excellent. Food never disappoints. Beach is full of Lounge chairs and Sun/Shade coverings. constant beach staff floating. Beach food bar, Taco bar, daily chef preps are fresh and close. Been coming here for last 3 years. it has become a Staple resort to visit.

What we didn’t like. We couldn’t find any karaoke!!! But what we did like… All breakfast and lunch buffets had lots of choice. The staff at breakfast and lunch were exceptional. A shout out to the following a la carte… The Raw bar. Mauricio and Fernando. The El dorado steak house, Edwin. The Brazilian, Rigo. The Japanese, Luis. Of course, Marinna checked in with many times and of course Rubens as our concierge.

Property is very nice and clean. The staff was very nice as well. The floors are SLICK! Be very careful walking around especially when it rains or after the pool.

This is my second stay at this resort. My first time was 5 years ago and I love the improvements that have been made to the beach. I am giving 5 stars but I do want to mention that I was confused by presence of a couple of shady characters by the beach, every day in the same place, making drugs deals in the open, apparently with a full knowledge of the resort, and making women in swimsuits uncomfortable when they had to walk by to get to the outdoor shower.
