Overall good stay. Wifi doesn't work mostly. Emailed hotel to book Alhambra tickets for us in advance. Staff speaks English. Nothing in the area nearby.

This hotel is outside of Granada and is tricky to get to driving if you miss the first exit. It's right off the interstate in small neighborhood. There's nothing really nearby. It's at least a 15 minute drive to anything worth seeing in Granada. The wifi was pretty bad. The only thing that stood out otherwise was the guy at the desk was extremely helpful telling us about where things are, etc... Overall, pretty mediocre.

A good budget option

We decided to stay here as the prices were much cheaper than Granada. We were very pleased with what we got. It's about a 10 minute drive to Granada downtown and about 15 to the Alhambra. The town near the hotel, El Chaparral, has a couple of restaurants that are decent - it's about a 10 minute walk. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need including good wi-fi. There is also a hotel bar that serves snacks. The swimming pool is tiny but good for cooling off.

Hard to find it and to get there, even Hertz GPS could not find it, once you get there everything improves, Parking in front of the Hotel is risky, better to use on side of the Hotel, in the beginning Hotel looks freaky, but Staff is really friendly, clean and updated rooms except for the TV, is about 17 in, Breakfast is OK for 6 euros

You get what you pay for.

This hotel is adequate for a quick trip through Granada. It's right on the highway, approx 12km from the Alhambra. The highway side of the hotel is extremely noisy and the problem is that you need to open the windows, as the AC doesn't work very well. The other side is much quieter but you get a terrible sewer smell. The staff at reception were friendly but the one of the guys working at the bar was quite rude. Breakfast is a simple continental style and okay. Do not eat there otherwise, the food at the bar was disgusting (at least what we had). The only thing within walking distance was a gas station. Lots of tour groups during the week and lots of Spaniards on the weekend. Beds were okay, shower okay but you get a lot of spray in to the room. The bathroom had terrible lighting. Everything was clean. They do allow dogs but at 12EUR per night the hotel isn't as much of a bargain as one would think. All in all, it is okay for a night or max 2 night stay. Otherwise find something else.

Website lies and staff problems

Website advertised restaurant and cafeteria neither of which was available. Advertised regular bus service- basically 2 hourly, last bus from Granada at 9.30 pm. Some weekend staff not helpful and unable to give comprehensible information, not informed about bus times until other staff available. Other members of staff helpful and informative. Little information available in hotel about the area e.g leaflets or handouts. Breakfast minimal and not value for the price charged, no other facilities in the area, nearest Granada which is a half hour bus ride when it comes.

Fantastic Hotel - Highly Recommended

We stayed only one night in this excellent hotel. The room was superb and the staff were incredibly helpful. Security is excellent - they even had a CCTV watching over our car overnight, the facilities were very modern and comfortable and even though the kitchen was closed the staff member at reception provided us with a very tasty pizza dinner. I highly recommend this hotel.

Easy access from the highway

We arrived late night from Toledo, and the hotel was easy to find, located just beside the highway. Yet, reasonably quiet. Breakfast was not so grand but okay for one morning.

Solution pratique à Grenade

Hôtel parfait si vous êtes motorisés pour séjourner à Grenade, à 10 mn du centre ville. Ils ont un partenariat avec un autre de leur hôtel en ville pour stationner la journée pour 7 €. Pas trop de charme mais pratique.
