It was a quiet charming little house with fun decor and a cute loft upstairs. Everything we needed was in the kitchen! Close to a lot of Albuquerque attractions like Old Town!
The host and property manager were great. We had to leave early due to a family emergency and they were quite understanding and helpful. The place was comfortable and suited for our wants and needs. We struggled a little bit with the "swamp cooler" temperatures, being cool in the living room area and a little warmer in the bedroom but it was not uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend Carl at Irvie Homes...very helpful.
Perfect for biking to the balloon fiesta. The kids loved the loft. The owner was responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was quite and felt safe.
A door between the primary and the bathroom would have been nice. I cannot remember if that was in the description but it wasn't too big of a deal.
I loved my stay in the Casita! Very cozy, private house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect stay for a little peace and quiet, yet still close enough the central ABQ. Would absolutely stay here again!
We stayed here to attend a family wedding. The house was clean and up to date. It was in a great location for us. The brewery a few blocks away had some great beer and food.
My two daughters and I stayed in this charming little unit. It was a little tricky to find using Google maps but we managed.
It was super clean and the place stayed pretty cool. My girls loved the loft. I was happy the top of the stairs had a gate.
I loved sitting outside and enjoying the breeze. The neighborhood seemed very peaceful, and the neighbors were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again in the future.
