Light breakfast was very disappointing. You better like cereal….. and no decaf coffee anywhere

Everything is old and outdated. It was clean, if you’re short. Look closer and it’s dusty. When we checked in the was no heat in the room and it was cold. One of the beds had a huge dip in the middle and was so uncomfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was unfriendly and rude. He gave zero greeting and didn’t even look at us will checking us in.

Great place to stay.

We choose to stay at this hotel whenever we stay in Rio Rancho area. The rooms are comfy and clean. There are some upgrades that could improve the all around stay. The bathrooms need some touch up work around the corners of the wall near the shower. The toilet paper was low in the room so we were close to riunning out. I am not feeling like we need to go and ask for new toilet paper rolls. The staff are all very kind and willing to serve.

I reserved a room with two queen beds I was given a room with two doubles just to look at the room it was clean. The next morning I was brushing my hair noticed something that fell off of my hair and stuck on my sweater I knocked it onto the lavatory took a picture looked it up it was a bedbug. The staff seemed very complacent I was told 1/2 of my money would be returned, it was not.The clerk emailed a copy of the invoice that was supposed to reflect the refund, it did not. I had to throw away my luggage and clothing for fear of bringing any unwelcome guests home with me.
