After being put into two rooms that were obviously not cleaned prior to my arrival, I requested a refund. There was hair of varying lengths and types on both of the beds and it was apparent that the room had not had a vacuum run through it. There was so much dirt and hair and grime on the box spring. I thankfully did get a refund.

This is my go to hotel when I’m in this part of Abq now. The folks that run it are super nice. The rooms are always clean and there’s plenty of parking.

The room smelled bad. The microwave didn’t work. The first guy at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. They only wakes and muffins for breakfast options. The side door didn’t work, I had to go through the lobby every day

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Very bad odor in the halls and even lingers into the parking lot around the building. Stains on every inch of the hallway carpets. Zero water pressure at all. Booked on expedia and was told at the front desk there isn’t any extra fees then was charged $150 the next day. Originally booked for 5 days and ended up leaving after night 1 due to how filthy the entire property was. Drug deals in the parking lot also seemed to be a very common occurrence. Can’t recommend to NOT stay at this place more. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Good value

Staff was helpful and efficient checking in. It was Balloon Fiesta week so it was very full and busy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
