The website said it had an indoor pool and a hot tub. NO INDOOR POOL OR HOT TUB!

Stolen License Plate @ Hyatt by the ABQ air port.

Paid $33+ for parking to have my License Plate stolen from the hotel parking lot. Spoke with the attendant at the front desk and was told there were no camera’s where my truck was parked. Recommendation would be if your charge for parking at least make sure our vehicles are secure because we are paying to park our vehicles in your lot. Now I have to go through all the trouble of going to the dmv to get new a new plate while you get to continue to collect parking from your guests. Another bit of info for the future customers after I filed the Police report I let the attendant know about my vehicle not having a plate and he told me they never ever tow not to worry about it. So take it for what it is and at your own risk.

Front desk was very kind and helpful. Elevator was not working properly, so felt a bit unsafe. A young man said it was being replaced in a week. Highly disappointed to find out I had to pay for parking when I was already paying to stay at your property.
