Services alwas outstanding and the breakfast was above average. However, it missed on some key points. Small really poor pillows, noisy cheap bed that squeaked, stains on couch, no control of room AC temp or fan, coffee maker did not work, wet floor.

Everyone was so nice I just had surgery and they got ice for me from the bar on the floor we were on so I didn’t have to go to another floor for the ice machine. They called to make sure everything was ok with the room. The room was great a good size and very clean.

This hotel was a little hard to locate but once there it was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was really good and staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Bar and lounge was lacking a bit. Overall it was a good experience.
