This hotel is in terrible hygienic conditions, there are cockroaches everywhere, stains on the linen and the smell throughout the hotel is unbearable. It will be ready for demolition at any time. I tried to get my money back and they didn't, they have no cancellation policy.

We weren't notified of these complaints during your stay and would have corrected it immediately had we been made aware. Also, we do offer free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival however there is a fee to cancel after that time. Please notify front desk of any complaints or issues you may have immediately so that we can provide you with the satisfactory stay that you deserve! Very dirty floors in the bathroom. Cigarette burns on the bed and furniture

Sir you have stayed with us at American Inn a multitude of times and have never gave us a negative review prior to this reservation. However you never checked in for this reservation and per policy you were still responsible for the cost of one night. Please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a no-show/late cancellation fee. Thank you. Have a great day.

No ice machine. Machine has been broken for a while. Was broken on my last visit here.

The place look run down and dirty vending machine taped up .Don't know about the rooms i refused to check in

We apologize for your false impression of our facilities. We have had storms lately to explain the "dirty" vending machine located outside. We have a sign taped to the front of the machine to notify everyone of the prices. Should you decide to stay again please notify front desk of any concerns or complaints you may have.
