Tired, run down and tatty. Nice staff and quite cheap, but overpriced for the condition of the room and facilities. Campsites are better. But it is central to Alex.

Unfortunately, the first night it wasn't very quiet, but the 2nd night was excellent thank you.
The meal and service was excellent.
