doit gagner ses 5 étoiles ! tout y est mais il faut un peu plus de professionalisme dans le domaine du service au client... les touristes en ont marre d etre des vaches à lait...

Pour un hôtel 5 étoile on s'attend à autres chose c'est bien dommage, pas d'animation hors vacance, chambre mal nettoyé.... Lors de notre voyage il nous a servit comme retour

Hotel à éviter en basse saison

Sejour d'une nuit. Hotel le plus proche de l'usine pour réunion. Hotel vide car basse saison. Pas de choix de nourriture avec doute sur la fraicheur des aliments.

This hotel should close up and not do any business. Staff were cool but the place was miserable air conditioning sucks, room dirty, slide door grease, windows faded from dirt and last thing is the food was horrible and obviously it was preheated don’t try it.
