Villa has 4 bedrooms, two upstairs with two double beds and two bathrooms en-suite and a terrace and air co. Downstairs are two beroom rooms with two single beds in each berdoom and a bathroom for both bedrooms with air co.
Living-dining room with Internet, TV and air co. Fully fitted kitchen with all necessary items. Garage with washing machine.
For stays longer than seven days there is maid service.
This villa does not accept pets and is not allowed to smoke inside or outside, parties and events are not allowed, being the booking cancelled in case guests do not repect it.
Minimum age for parties is 25 years old
As the villa is situated at outskirts of Luz in quite area, a car is essential
