"CASA PORTUGUESA" is a cozy villa that consists of an independent building (V2 + 1) with an interior staircase, located very close to the beach (to the beach it is only a 5 minute walk along a beautiful landscaped pedestrian path). It has a view of the sea from all rooms, a panoramic terrace, a small yard with excellent 'barbecue', great shade and areas for meals and rest. Living room with sofa bed and fireplace (disabled), 3 bedrooms (two with sea views and one with access to the terrace from where you can enjoy a panoramic view). "Kitchenette" well equipped. Two bathrooms (bathroom with bathtub + WC with shower). Access to running water outside. House in a privileged location, with energy certificate and licensed to provide local accommodation services. There is free parking facility on the public road (30 meters from the house) and in the parking lot of Coelha beach itself (100 meters from the house). WI-FI INTERNET and TV with cable channels (free).

"CASA PORTUGUESA" is an ideal accommodation for a holiday while enjoying the beach and the countryside. It is located in a central location in the Algarve, which is a great base and starting point for visiting this beautiful region. Licensed to provide local accommodation services for tourists, this house is located just 500 meters from Praia da Coelha, a lovely beach in a beautiful bay formed by magnificent cliffs that provide very pleasant walks. In addition to the beach and countryside beauty, many other attractions are available in the immediate vicinity, such as: tennis courts (250 meters away from the house) golf courses and riding grounds (5 km away from the house). Noteworthy are the excellent local cuisine (with great restaurants very close to the house) and the various cultural programs available in the vicinity. At Albufeira Marina, which is just 3 km away, there are several water sports available. The lively and picturesque center of Albufeira is only 4 km away

Maison au soleil

La maison est assez grande et assez bien Ă©quipĂ©e mĂȘme si la semaine oĂč nous avons louĂ©, le lave vaisselle est tombĂ© en panne mais Dario, le propriĂ©taire, nous a fait une rĂ©duction. La maison est Ă  7 ou 8 minutes de la plage qui est fort jolie. Cependant la maison se situe dans une rue trĂšs passante oĂč piĂ©tons et voitures sont nombreux. C'est donc assez bruyant. A l'intĂ©rieur, c'est propre mais les literies -surtout le matelas du haut- sont assez fatiguĂ©es. La wifi ne fonctionne que par intermittence. Le propriĂ©taire est charmant et accueillant mĂȘme si il serait intĂ©ressant de prĂ©voir pour les vacanciers des renseignements sur la rĂ©gion pour la visiter.

GemĂŒtliche Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus von Rita umd Dario war sehr entspannt. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben nur wenige Gehminuten vom schönen Strand entfernt. Dario war super freundlich und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten.

Wir haben uns im Haus wohlgefĂŒhlt, Dario war ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Hausherr, der sehr bemĂŒht um unser Wohl war. Es gab ein kleines LĂ€rmproblem mit einer Jugendgruppe, die im Nachbarhaus untergebracht war, ebenfalls bei Dario. Dario war sehr bemĂŒht fĂŒr Ruhe zu sorgen. Das Haus selbst ist genau wie im Internet beschrieben, Toplage und die KĂŒche bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr nett fanden wir die Dachterrasse, auf der wir gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt haben, und die ĂŒberdachte, schattige Laube, in der wir uns in der Siesta aufhielten. Im Haus selbst ist eine eher steile Treppe, die in den oberen Stock fĂŒhrt, bei Kleinkindern ist also Vorsicht geboten. Der Strand ist super zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen, Restaurants und LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft sind ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen.

Coela Beach Property

Property great location . Well equipped and spotlessly clean and furnished with lovely antique Portuguese furniture. But first self catering place ever stayed where was expected to pay for hire of towels and bed linen !! Thought that bit much as rent for week was expensive . The owner did provide free in end as only two of us occupying property. Not sure if stay there again as area although residential and close to beautiful beach property was situated right on road and was quite noisy with seagulls, dogs barking and refuse trucks emptying bins early hours of morning.

Property with a lovely character

We spent a week here 1st week in Sept '17, and we really enjoyed the property. It is full of character and was a delight to have the use of. Comments are small things that others may need to consider. Property owner on hand to provide keys etc. to allow us to commence our stay with no problems and checked with us during the week that we well etc., so good client care to my view. All the essentials were available to us in the property for our stay, and it has as an internal charm to match the external. The ground floor accom is perhaps a bit compact were it fully occupied (there were just 3 adults in our party so it provided no great issues to us). It was clean throughout on arrival and not too difficult to maintain that way by any occupant. The internal stairs are probably a bit steeper, and steps smaller in height and depth than perhaps people in the UK are used to, but not restrictively so.(maybe an inch smaller than in modern UK build standards. Only mentioned in case prospective leasers have people who are less capable in their party. The pictures on the site need to be considered "selectively" by any viewer. There are multiple pictures but not all relate to this specific property. It would be better to tailor the presentation to suit. Not necessarily a problem so long as the property description is read carefully, The written details are accurate and there were no "hidden" surprises. Whilst the beach is not on the doorstep, the walk is entirely in line with the estimated distance given. The access route is not fully "roadworthy" but a decent walking surface for the whole length. A couple of points stopped me scoring this as a 5 star, 1 of minor significance, the other potentially more problematic. For the minor point, the mattresses on the beds were very firm, but this is a matter of taste, and maybe entirely suitable for others. The more important item is that fridge had a defective door seal leaving gaps around a couple of corner points, which meant that it was permanently "running" when the weather was warm. A minor annoyance for the holiday, but if it were for a restaurant it would be a health weakness for the equipment if it wasn't resolved/replaced/repaired. I'm not sure the same rules apply for a holiday lease, but needs consideration. As previously stated this is a lovely property, in a good location and it offered full value for the price, and these comments should not dissuade any future client.

Nettes Haus im StrandnÀhe

Nettes, kleines, altes Haus, in der NĂ€he des sehr schönen Strandes. Es gibt steile Treppen(!) und relativ enge SchlafrĂ€ume. Auf der kleinen Straße an der das Haus liegt ist relativ viel Verkehr, weil sie zum Strand fĂŒhrt.

Estadia muito agradåvel. Casinha limpa e acolhedora, equipada com tudo o que é necessårio. Localização óptima, a poucos minutos a pé da lindíssima Praia da Coelha.
