This is a modern air conditioned sixth floor penthouse apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining living area, separate kitchen, two balconies and a further totally private roof sun-terrace accessed only via a spiral staircase inside the apartment.

The master suite can be made up as a superking double or twin and has its own private balcony, dressing room and en suite marble tiled bathroom. The other bedrooms are large twin rooms. A child's cot is available if specified at the booking.

There is a second fully equipped tiled bathroom.

The huge living area comprising a lounge section with leather seating, and a dining area with high quality furniture, with direct access to the main balcony on the same level. The separate fully-fitted kitchen also accesses the main balcony balcony, facilitating outdoor dining. The balcony is equipped with a gas fired barbecue and an outdoor dining suite.

The apartment is served with WiFi, a large screen smart television in the living area with internet connection to UK and other English language television channels.

From the hallway a staircase leads to the extensive private rooftop sun terrace with glimpses of the sea and surrounding town and countryside. It is furnished with six sun loungers, outdoor seating with coffee table and a "cooling off" shower, and is not over-looked.

The apartment has reserved parking space in the basement of the complex, accessible only with a security device; the door shuts automatically. There are also convenient free parking spaces outside on two levels.

The apartment complex has its own (free) fitness centre, with gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

It is 5 minutes walk to the seafront, the historic old town, marina, shops and restaurants. The beach is walking distance. 2 golf courses adjoin Lagos town, and there are 25 more – and counting – in the Algarve region within short and reasonable driving distance. The dedicated car parking spaces in the enclosed locked basement provide total security for the golf clubs, surf boards and other sports equipment.

The apartment is the complete solution for couples who share interests or who may wish to divide their activities!

Our 2-week stay in Michael's beautiful flat was absolutely perfect! It couldn't have been better! The flat is very centrally located in the middle of Lagos. It is equipped with everything you need and all the amenities. In our opinion, nothing is missing! There is a permanently installed gas barbecue on the balcony (permanently installed gas pipe, no gas bottles necessary) on which we had several perfect barbecues (salmon, sardines, steaks, burgers, vegetables, etc.). There is also a dining table for six people on the balcony, which is large enough to enjoy wonderful al fresco dining. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher (Bosch/Miele brand appliances). This is great for washing clothes and towels during a longer stay. The apartment was even cleaned by the staff after a week and the towels were replaced – simply perfect!Carlos is a super friendly contact person on site who you can contact if you have any problems (if there are any at all). Carlos gave us great tips for beaches, restaurants, etc. Unfortunately, I left a personal item in the apartment after we left, and Carlos immediately offered to send it to Germany by post. Of course, I will reimburse him for the costs. There is a large Lidl supermarket directly opposite the apartment complex. 150 m down the road is a great Pingo Doce supermarket. We can also highly recommend the Pizzeria Oliva (150 m away). It is a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town of Lagos.We would book this flat again anytime!

Family vacay w teens

Family vacay to the Algarve. Lagos was home base. Condo was super clean, pristine, good wifi and strong ac! Great location as it was walkable to Marina and old town. We were able to park a car no problem, but walked a lot to town. Drove to some other areas and beaches, access to towels and laundry were v convenient and bring across from LIDL was absolutely clutch. Room for 5 of us which was important since my kids are teens and don’t share beds. Kitchen was well stocked too. Strong recommend for a family of 5. Prop manager and Michael were v easy to deal with and v responsive as well! One of the best vacations ever!

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Lagos. The apartment was huge. Located right across the street from a grocery store. We made good use of the easy to use BBQ on the balcony. This was also a good place to do laundry because you could dry it easily in the sun on the rooftop patio. Michael and Gina gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants that we enjoyed. We had a vehicle and it was easy to park outside and drive to the beach. We walked to old town a couple of times 15-20 minutes. Our only issue were some ants that spread through the apartment quickly (they came from the hallway) but Gina took care of them right away after we messaged her and they didn’t come back.

Excellent Stay

Properly is exactly as described. No issue parking. Very close to some very good restaurants. Marina was about a 10 minute walk and Maia Praia Beach another 10min from the Marina. (A few min by car and parking easy). We didn't really use the pool or gym. Rooftop area has a good mix of sun and shade.

Rejuvenating and relaxing stay!

We came to the Algarve after a hectic orchestra tour, hoping for some peace and relaxation. Michael’s place was exactly what we needed! Nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a quiet part of Lagos. Two large grocery stores nearby were so convenient. By far my favorite part was the upper terrace- absolute bliss on a quiet sunny morning. Carlos gave us good information about local restaurants and beaches - super helpful. The one thing I would suggest is some soap/shampoo in the showers- the stores had what we needed but since most places have them we tend not to pack them.

Amazing Property

This apartment is every bit as beautiful as pictured here. The location is ideal with just a brief walk to town, the marina and Old Lagos. We spent almost three months in this apartment and really felt at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and very easy to work in and the master suite offers comfort and privacy. Carlos, the property manager was pleasant and responsive to our needs. He worked with cleaners to arrange their schedule to accommodate any guests we may have had. We have the utmost respect for and gratitude towards Michael, the owner, for sharing his home with us. It was a summer to remember!!

Lovely apartment

This was our second visit to Lagos, which is a lovely town. The apartment is in a good location for walking to the old town, beaches and local amenities. Wonderful Apartment in a Great Location

My wife, two adult children and I loved our stay. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival and the quick check-in tour was informative. The apartment was well-furnished. We spent most of our time in the apartment either in the living room or on the deck (where we ate many meals). We loved the location with the supermarket across the street and downtown Lagos a quick 10-15 minute walk. The workout area was a nice bonus which we visited several times. We did not use the rooftop terrace as much as expected since the deck was so nice.

Schöne, großzĂŒgige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage mitten in Lagos gegenĂŒber dem LIDL Markt. Die Altstadt sowie der Hafen von Lagos sind fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist generell sehr gut ausgestattet. Super schnelles Internet wie auch deutsches Fernsehen sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Michael Carroll war stets reibungslos und sehr professionell. Ebenso noch ein großes Lob an Carlos (lokaler Kontakt) welcher immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Die StrĂ€nde von Lagos sind alle sehr schön.

Great place to stay close to town

The apartment was amazing and the check in process was easy. The rooftop views were beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for Cooking and there’s a grocery store right across the street. I would recommend staying here when in Lagos.

This was our first visit to Lagos and we fell in love with the place. The old town is beautiful. Michael's apartment is in a great location beside a large supermarket 5 minutes from the Marina. The 15 minute walk into the old town takes you along the promenade full of stalls, shops & restaurants. The apartment is very spacious & comfortable. The large roof terrace is such a bonus and we loved having breakfast on the balcony just off the kitchen. Michael gave us a list of restaurants before we travelled which was a great help. We did not hire a car and we used yellowfish for our transfers. They were superb, always on time and very reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment for your perfect stay in Lagos.
