The Orlando Apartment is an elegant and comfortable choice for those looking to enjoy the historic centre of Albufeira, combining generous space, convenience and a privileged location with city views.



The living and dining area is spacious and filled with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing or spending time with family and friends. It has direct access to the balcony, which is ideal for unwinding and enjoying the unique views over Albufeira.



The sleeping area offers comfort and privacy. The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, including two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also an additional bathroom equipped with a bathtub, ensuring comfort throughout the stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped, practical and functional, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease.



Outdoors, the furnished balcony invites guests to enjoy light meals or relax at the end of the day while taking in pleasant city views.



The apartment is located in the heart of Albufeira’s historic centre, close to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and the city’s vibrant nightlife. Guests have access to a private garage parking space, perfect for those travelling by car and wishing to explore the surrounding area with ease. Note, it is not suitable for vans or large vehicles.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Wonderful location

This property is close to so many things-bus station, nightlife, restaurants, beach, hiking trails! All within a couple minutes walk, but far enough away so it is not noisy. So much room for 6 adults. And two full bathrooms makes getting ready so much easier.

A great apartment in a central location

The apartment is very spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The sofa appears to be somewhat old (looks good, but you sink right into it). Other than that, we were very satisfied. We were welcomed very early by Steve, who came to let us in and die is the apartment..

Great location!

Check in was easy and location was great. Place was very clean. Very close to all amenities and walking distance to beach (15 min). Old town itself was a bit busy for us so we rented a car and were able to check out some of the smaller towns nearby. Communication was good but it did take some time to hear back when we had a question. Overall, highly recommend

Apartment as described, very spacious. Great location absolutely everything on the doorstep . Lots of great restaurants to choose from and plenty of live entertainment. Can't recommend this location enough would definitely consider booking again.

Well located apartment - golf break

Spacious apartment, although to be fair only occupied by 4 adults. Well located, only a short easy walk from the main square. Good supermarkets / restaurants / nightlife close by. Property managers were attentive, appreciating our early arrival time, and got us into the apartment well before the advertised time. Main positives were the free good quality wifi, and the underground secure parking, which is a real benefit if you have a car, as here is no local free parking. The only slight negative was that the change of towels due during the week did not happen until the day before we left. Overall, would recommend this apartment for family holiday or golf break, and would certainly consider a return!

excellent location, beautiful apartment, rooms for improvement for the service.

Downside first: the local council's cleaning track comes at 6:30am for cleaning the street every morning, it was so noisy even with the double glazing for over half an hour. The beds are comfortable but it makes noises whenever you move or turn in bed. We are party of four but the cleaning lady only left 2 sets of towels in one of the room. We contacted the management team they said they would sort it out and asked us not to worry. But nothing came the first night. We have to share towels. We asked for the towels again on the second day and the management team said the cleaning lady had definitely left 4 sets and as if we can not count up to four, anyway after a complain the 2 sets of towels were delivery late in the evening but still insist they did leave four sets. I don't know why they want to argue about 2 sets of towels with their customer? I told them it is not something so valuable, just deliver the towels and problem solved; you have a happy customer, why bother saying anything else. The air con failed in the middle of the first night until mid days on the second day. They sent an engineer to fix it , also the shower curtain fell off from the wall in the en-suite, we have to use the main bathroom for shower. The engineer fixed this problem too. They also said the the towels would be changed in the middle of the week but we waited, waited, the towels were changed almost at end of the week of our stay, ie, the 5th day. Otherwise, the apartment is very spacious, modern, clean, big kitchen, washing and hang drying facilities are a plus (we cleaned our clothes before the departure so we don't need to wash dirty clothes when we are back). I would give it 5 stars if we didn't experience those problems above.

Great Location Very Large Spacious Apartment

2 minute walk from the main square in the old town in Albufeira. Located by the bus station and taxi rank at the start of the old town by some lovely places to eat and choice of bars. excursions are well priced and the agents were all friendly and punctual. Only downside, was that we were given one key for two couples which wasnt ideal. They rectified this after a couple of conversations, but meant that we had no towels or bedding changed as the office had no spare key. Would recommend they get a few more spare sets of keys cut, so that when there are 4, 6 or even 8 people staying at the apartment, everyone can do there own thing without constraints of having only one set of keys to share.
