Luxury private villa located in a fantastic location near Ferragudo with panoramic ocean views and the beautiful beaches, Praia Pintadhino and Praia dos Caneiros are just a 10 minute stroll away.



The Space:

Villa Alice is located outside the beautiful fishing village of Ferragudo in a safe and very quiet area. Guests can enjoy the wonderful panoramic ocean views whilst enjoying the heated swimming pool (available upon request at €250 per week) and their own tennis court. The outside kitchen has a barbecue for guests in a lovely garden



The villa is air-conditioned throughout and consists of five beautifully furnished bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a large living and dining area which includes good Wi-Fi and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a study for home working.



Two of the best Algarve beaches (Praia Pintadhino and Praia dos Caneiros) are within a 10 minute stroll through the National Coastal Reserve with a cafe/ restaurant on both and a beach club (Edd’s Beach) on Pintadhino. You also have direct access to the cliff path where you can walk to Ferragudo, Carvoeiro and Benagil. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance, a 10 minute drive to several large supermarkets, 15 minutes to 3 golf courses and a 50 minutes easy drive from Faro airport.



Optional extras include: Daily Housekeeper, private chef, yoga teacher and tennis coach, all of which can be organised in advance.



Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
