Great hotel in Alton

Lovely hotel right In centre of Alton. The room was perfect and the staff were incredible! Exceptionally helpful and friendly always going above and beyond.
Breakfast was 10/10
Cannot fault the place! Will be back in May

Good Food & Location, could do with a good clean
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is old and a little tired, the room we stayed in was not so clean with mould and grime around the window, dust around the skirting boards and the carpet could do with a good clean. As it was winter and the room is single glazed, the heating could not cope and the room was extremely cold, luckily their was a fan heater available to bring up the temperature.
Their isn’t a lift and the corridors are narrow, not so easy with luggage, especially if your room is on the top floor.
On a positive note, the location is good with free parking, the food in the restaurant is a good standard, service is okay, but often their is no one to be seen and you have to seek them out.
