This is the second time we stayed with courtyard Marriot Cochin for one night from 13/02 to 14 /02. Terrible experience in terms of breakfast service. The breakfast service supposed to start at 6:30 am but unfortunately there was no staff member to seat us at 06:30 when we present ourselves at the entrance. There was a staff member setting up the buffet and he pretended not seen us and continued working with buffet, after a while another male staff member rocked up from the kitchen and seated us. The buffet was not fully functional even at 06:45am. We started our breakfast but no one seemed to be providing us service. I had to approach one of the staff member to place order omelette and tea. I waited around 20 mins for the omelette because the waiter was not placed the order on time. We could not have that omelette because it was terrible and runny.I complained to a lady who was in a grey suit and she was unsure what to say to me.
It is fair to expect premium service for a premium price. You are an airport hotel so you need to be punctual
Anyway never again with courtyard Marriot.

Hotel is ideal for an overnight stay ahead of a flight.
Excellent buffet with plenty of choice
Room was very clean.
