Very bad experience

I used my reward night to stay in this hotel, very disappointing, my worst night in a 5 stars hotel.
Technician stayed 30min in my room to fix a light. It was impossible to shut down all lights in order to sleep.
In the night, because of Electricity shut down and come back, one light kept turning on at 3am in the morning, waking me up.
Very dirty room, wallpaper and bath room.
Pillow covers are smaller than pillow.
All of that is true, check pictures.

Vert good hôtel, could be rénovâted to be perfect.
Good location, pool, table tennis, bagminton, spa.
Excellent breakfast

Det har säkert varit fräscht och bra, men det måste varit många år sedan. Service och mat var bra, men de tog extra för frukost trots att det skulle ingå
