Hello Susan, I am sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay in mid-February, it would have been polite and helpful if you had explained why you were so unhappy with your accommodation, whilst you were here so your concerns could have been addressed or at the very least shared them at breakfast or when you left. It would also be helpful to any person using this review platform to note your comments, kindest regards Gary.

Good enough for a reasonable price.

Very wonky floors made it interesting and it's nice oak furniture, but the armchairs had quite wonky legs and the room was very stuffy, even after turning the radiator off and opening the window, we were too warm to sleep well. The bed was ok for me, but hubby found it lacked support. Only one bedside table & lamp.
It was clean and tidy, and had decent sized mugs and real glasses in the room, which were good.

Dog friendly pub
Publié le 4 déc. 2023 sur HotelsWe had a lovely few days in this pub, beer prices were very reasonable, the food was amazing, very good value for money, the room was clean & tidy, and best of all it was very dog friendly, we loved it, highly recommended.

Thank you for your review, you requested compensation / a refund for your stay. You did not raise any concerns during your stay, except that you had run out of loo roll, tea bags and milk, which I replenished. For these reasons I refused to refund or compensate you for your stay, many thanks, Gary.

Had a fantastic time. Host were friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent. Slept like babies. We toured all of anglesey, Using Dinorben Hotel as a base.
