Apartment located in a natural environment in front of the Pataria de Cantaria and only 15 km from the Play of Laredo, with 2 rooms, bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen.
The apartment has sheets, blankets and towels.
It offers to the travelers a typical construction of the zone in stone and wood of more than 100 years of antiquity, and totally reformed in May 2012.


The apartment is located in front of the patron saint of Cantabria, surrounded by a natural environment in which there is still livestock and only 15 km from the beach of Laredo.
Nearby you can enjoy various leisure and cultural activities such as:

C'est avec un immense bonheur que nous avons découvert ce merveilleux lieu. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis. Le logement était trÚs spacieux et d'une propreté irréprochable. Il est situé dans un environnement magnifique qui vaut le détour.

Habe meinen 2. Urlaub bei Irene verbracht. Ich war wieder Rundum begeistert. Sauberkeit, Wohnung und Lage sind hervorragend. Ganz besonders möchte ich die Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Irene erwÀhnen. Sie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und ich komme sehr wieder.

Ein sehr schönes und gepfelgtes Haus und eine nette Vermieterin, die sich um gut um das Haus, den Garten und die GĂ€ste kĂŒmmert. Kurze Anfahrt zum Strand und gute Verbindung nach Bilbao und Santander. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Ha sido escapada de fin de semana, y la estancia en Casuca Rubia ha sido muy positiva. En un entorno tranquilo, casa preciosa y limpia, y propietaria agradable :) Recomendable!

Hell, sauber, mit schöner Aussicht.

Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine gute Ausstattung und ist ein idealer Standort fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Schön ist das große Fenster mit Ausblick in die Natur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Leider sind die WĂ€nde etwas hellhörig. Bei der Belegung aller Wohnungen kann das etwas störend sein.

Mooi, afgelegen, koeien

Deze woning ligt wat afgelegen, dus je moet alles met de auto doen, al zijn wij ook een keer naar het dorp (Ampuero) gewandeld, maar dat was 5 km. In het dorp is een zwembad. Er liggen ook mooie stranden in de buurt. Bilbao ligt op ongeveer 50 minuten rijden, Santander ook (prachtig strand ook daar). Het appartement is eenvoudig, schoon en heeft een schitterend uitzicht. Er is één restaurant op loopafstand -met een Michelin-ster. Best leuk, voor een keer. Je hoort er de koeien met hun bellen en een haan. Je kunt ook prima zelf koken en er is een wasmachine. Er is geen privé-terras of balkon, maar je kunt wel buiten zitten. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk, niets op aan te merken.

Sehr schön gelegen, sauber, modern, sehr nette Vermieterin, Wohnung ein bisschen hellhörig

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen, ca. 200m oberhalb von Ampuero. Die Fahrt nach Ampuero dauert mit dem Auto ca. 10-12 min. Da die Wonung im EG sehr hell ist, besitzt sie eine sehr wohnliche AtmosphĂ€re. Die Vermieterin ist Ă€ußerst hilfsbereit und gibt gute Restaurant-Tipps sowie VorschlĂ€ge zu AktivitĂ€ten in der Umgebung. Leider ist die Wohnung hellhörig, was bei laut schnarchenden Nachbarn sehr unangenehm werden kann. Außerdem lĂ€ĂŸt sich ein Schlafzimmer nicht restlos abdunkeln. Daher nur 4 Sterne. Alles in allem waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden.

Un apartamento muy lindo con dos dormitorios como en un cuento.

Stijlvol, ruim appartement. Prettig contact met de eigenaresse, altijd bereid om te helpen. Prachtige omgeving met 1001 groene kleuren. En vooral de rust die er heerst is heerlijk, veel beter dan aan de costas van de MediterrĂĄneo!! Cantabria y Casuca RubĂ­a nos gusta muuuucho!! Karin en Jan, Schalkwijk, PaĂ­ses Bajos.

Ha habido muy buena comunicaciĂłn con Irene y nos ha proporcionado todo lo q necesitabamos

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia muy agradable en el apartamento de Irene. La casa es preciosa, tal como aparece en las fotos e incluso mås amplia. El entorno es maravilloso y para el niño ha sido una aventura ver a los animales a la puerta de casa y conocer el trabajo de una granja. Gracias a toda la familia por su amabilidad y hospitalidad, y en especial al padre de Irene por dejar al niño ser un "pequeño granjero" estos días.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy Canrtabia

We recently spent four days at Casuca Rubia in La Aparecida Cantrabria. The whole experience with Irene through Homeaway and the reservation process, even though I spoke no Spanish, worked well. When we arrived Irene made sure we were settled in without a problem and the apartment itself was very lovely, clean and had all the necessities we needed. The unexpected gift of fresh eggs delivered by Irene allowed us to enjoy morning omelets while enjoying the views from the floor to ceiling windows on the first floor. The Wifi worked excellently which was important for us as one of our party needed to complete some work while away. The views were wonderful and we found the whole experience relaxing and restoring after being on the road for almost 2 weeks. Being in midst of farms, cows, and a restful atmosphere made our vacation perfect. The location made our trips to Bilbao, the Basque areas and the northern coastal towns like Castro Urdiales easy and manageable. Finding the local restaurant, Solana, a Michelin starred restaurant in town (basically around the corner) was an unexpected treat. If we return to Spain we would certainly want to return to this lovely apartment. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

La casa es impresionante, tal y como se ve en las fotos. EstĂĄ muy cuidada. Las vistas muy bonitas. Hemos estado en Semana Santa y hemos pasado unos dĂ­as estupendos. La propietaria muy atenta y simpĂĄtica. Nos quedamos con el contacto porque volveremos y lo recomendaremos.
