Nice and cosy room, staff were lovely and helpful, clean bedding and towels provided.

Needs a clean
Posted Nov. 6, 2023 on HotelsWas not expecting much from a budget hotel but a clean room should be a must. The mattress toppers were stained and smelly. The toilet seat broken, the shower dirty and water overflowed onto floor when used. Overall needs a deep clean.

Found bed bugs and the workers refused to give us a refund. Do not stay here.

The area where the hotel is located is great but the hotel itself is quite poor... it smells bad, the rooms are very tight, the walls are paper thin, washrooms/showers are tight, the pictures posted online by the hotel do do not reflect what the hotel looks like in person, there are multiple cases of bed bugs.

The staff was extremely helpful when i needed to know how to get to the airport from their hotel. And their bike renting service was fantastic

We had an inconvenience with the bed and were quickly moved to another room. The cleanliness is great! It’s located near tram and metro and a couple of streets away from the main De Pijp street. Convenient yet private and quiet. In the middle of a lovely neighborhood. Would recommend!!
