Great hotel. Very clean rooms and staff are friendly and helpful. Good location within walking distance to main points of interest. Quiet area.

The hotel itself was very nice and in a nice location, however, the room was not as clean as it should have been. The floors in the room and bathroom look like they have not been mopped and all around the shower drain was dirty. On a good note, the beds were pretty comfortable, the shower was hot and had good water pressure, and the location was quiet and close enough for us to walk to restaurants, shopping, canals, and the tram. All of the staff from the front desk people to the cleaning crew were also very nice.
