The hotel was clean and some of the staff were good but cleaners cleaned sometimes and always forgot to provide coffee, towels, or something. If your planning to go to Amsterdam than i suggest getting a hotel in Amsterdam or you will be paying A LOT of money for transportation.

I stayed one night here between flights at AMS airport. It was a very convenient 6 minute bus ride. The hotel was beautiful and relatively inexpensive considering I booked it last minute. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Do not stay herw. Staff is rude, my sheets were not changed at all the entire i was there, and your room will be an icebox. I asked for the temperature in my room to be adjusted and the front deak told me that the rooms temperature couldn't be adjusted because it doeant have separate climate control. What a joke. Also, the evening bartender was very rude. The o ly advantage of this place is that it is a stop away from Schipol Airport. The 300 or 397 get you right to the airport and they run often. This hotel has no laudry service and can only recommend pick up service for your laundry. Its also not located near anything interesting. Hungry? Walk to McDonalds. This place was just awful.

Close to airport via short bus ride. Limited options in the area however, and quite dark (poor external lighting) at nighttime. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. A/C was very cold. Would stay again but probably for just a day before departure or after arrival.

Great price and spacious

We booked a room for 2 but a friend joined us and the hotel was able to accomodate us. the triple room was really big and we were comfortable in there. The location was close to the airport and the bus came ever 3 minutes. Happened to also get a deal so it was great.

The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout, guiding us to the side door for ease with the pushchair, interacting with our little one and letting us store our luggage on our last day. The hotel is really well situated close to the bus stops which have access to everything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, welcoming and well decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing! Our 2 year old had their own sofa bed (double) and slept soundlessly every night. We had everything we needed in the room and everything was accommodating and comfortable. The only negative comment we have is for the breakfast. The hot food was limited to 4 dishes (chicken sausages, diced potatoes, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs) and toast. They were quite cold and hard by the time we ate at 8/9am but the options for cold food and pastries were varied and tasty. We just thought it was on the expensive side for the options given and for the quality of the hot food. We would definitely return, especially for the quality of comfort in the bedrooms and ease of connection on transport, we just wouldn’t add breakfast next time!

Nice hotel, but the staff seemed a bit disinterested and non caring. My toilet ran the whole stay, and there was nobody to fix it. Very loud and hard to sleep. Bed was very comfortable and bus stop was right next door. I just wished they had a little more empathy to our situation
