Top emplacement, chambres mais service à améliorer

Service de l'hotel qui n'est pas digne d'un 5*. Premier jour arrivé en taxi, aucune aide pour les valises que j'ai du emmener moi même avec un chariot au 2eme étage, ici encore nos valises sont restées plus d'une heure dans le hall alors que nous avions nos chambres depuis plus d'une heure. J'ai du redescendre à l'accueil les demander. Les chambres sont très calmes et agréables, le restaurant est très très bon. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, a proximité boutiques, restos et 15 minutes à pied de Disney.

Tout était parfait!!! L’emplacement idéal près du Garden park (restos et magasins), Disney et le convention center.

Hotel was clean and in a good location. In walking distance to the Disney parks. I was disappointed in the parking as it was $30 every time you entered even if on the same day.

This place is a well oiled machine. The bar in the lobby is excellent.
