Clean room, comfortable bed, super close to the free transportation to Disneyland via the Toy Story lot. However, the room smelled musty, like mold was present.

Laundry service was so helpful. The room was always clean and orderly when we returned. My son clogged the toilet, no one said anything, just fixed it before we came back. All the staff were very very nice and helpful with tips and directions, helped me get a cab back to the airport, let us hang out in the cozy office while we waited for the cab which was so appreciated because I got a cold while I was in California and my kids were so tired when we had to leave. Clean hot showers, a safe to store values in, huge storage for clothing, just amazing. Made our Halloween vacation so much better. If we ever make it back to Disneyland we will be staying at Kings inn again!

Close to Disney (20 minute walk) and room was spacious. Beds were on the firmer side which is not my preference but overall we had a great stay.

We always stay here and love it for Disney trips. Walkable to Disney, near food and stores. Safe feeling, family friendly and polite staff.

Very decent for a more budget friendly hotel in the area. Walk to Disney took us about 15mins or so. Also very close to CVS, Starbucks etc. Also liked that the rooms are flooring not carpet. The pool and hot tub weren't very large, but clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first and last time we stay here, the girl at the front desk gave us the room at the very end close to a parking structure that would not stay quiet. There was a multiple cars burning rubber, waking us up multiple times throughout the night. Not to mention since we were on the floor section the people above us were up all night, practically and we were able to hear every move, we heard when the toilet would flush or when they were walking. We only stayed here for one night because we went to Disney and needed a place to stay, the beds were hard rock and pillows were really uncomfortable. Overall, there were signs all over saying that our stuff is that risk for getting robbed and made us feel very unsafe even though they have “cameras”, they should not expose that like that. I would not stay here again.

While the rooms were a little dated, they were very clean, spacious and family friendly. Often a cheaper price gets you an absolute dump but this was a great value for the price.

Great parking, spacious rooms, large walk in shower, pool was clean, walking distance to the parks about 12-15 mins, not far at all. None of the rooms have a microwave. You need to use the community room for microwave usage. Many eateries around within walking distance.
