The Brentwood House (Permit # REG2021-00026)

Features a 3000 SQFT beautiful floor plan, a chef's kitchen, tile flooring throughout. The house sits on a 10,000+ SQFT lot that includes a fenced-in pool & jacuzzi. BBQ island with sink & refrigerator, pool table and outdoor furniture’s.

EV car charger - $25/day - TESLA. Other EV owners contact host to confirm.

We want to provide families with the best experience possible. We fully clean and disinfect the house between each stay.

Neighborhood

The Brentwood House is situated in one of the best/safest neighborhoods in Anaheim on a cul-de-sac street. The house is located about 3.5 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center, 2 miles from Disneyland and 4.3 miles from Knotts Berry Farm. There is a nice park about 200 yards from the house across the street. The local grocery store is .5 miles away and there is a Target Store walking distance from the house.

House Interior

The Brentwood House has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Living Room

The living area is very open with a very large kitchen island and large fireplace. The living room has a 65’ LCD TV.

Dining Area

The dining area is spacious and connected to the kitchen and living room area. Dining room area has convenient sitting area and there is additional seating in the kitchen bar table as well as the kitchen island. The house has two high chairs.

Kitchen

Our kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker, rice cooker, microwave oven, crockeries, wine glasses, and more. We provide coffee filters, teas, sugar, creamer, and sweeteners.

Bedroom and Bathrooms

All mattress in our house are comfortable. We are using quality linens and pillows on all our beds. Towels are provided in each bathroom.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has 1 Cal King Bed, Baby Crib. The room has a 55in LCD 3D smart TV.

Bedroom #2: Room 2 has a queen size bed. The room has a door that lead to the second-floor balcony.

Bedroom #3: Room 3 has a queen size bed. The room has a door that lead to the second-floor balcony.


Bedroom #4: Room 4 has one twin and one full beds.

Game Room

The game room has an 8 ft. pool table, verities of board games. There are seating arrangements. The game room has ac and heating.

Outdoor areas

Pool: Measures 40’ x 20’ and goes from 3’ 6” to 9’ deep. Pool water heating is not recommended during winter season.

Jacuzzi: Jacuzzi water heating fees are as below. Contact host to turn on the system.
$75/6 hrs [Recommend 2 pm - 8 pm]
$125/8 hrs [Recommend 12 pm - 8 pm]

BBQ island and covered patio: The BBQ island is close to the pool and has a BBQ grill along with a full-size sink. Right next to the BBQ area, we have an outdoor dining table that seats 8.

Laundry: Our house has front loading washer and dryers. Laundry detergent and fabric softener is provided.

Additional Info

Parking: We have a limit of 3 vehicles that can park on the property.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac & in a very quiet neighborhood. We will only book to those who respect the neighborhood and neighbors.

*No wedding receptions, birthday parties, or large gatherings.

*No tour buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles.

*Street Sweeping is scheduled on Thursdays between 07:00 am - 11:00 am *

Great place to stay if visiting. Perfect for a big family plenty of rooms and space. I think the best part was the pool and the jacuzzi, another big thing was the host he was great very responsive, helpful and very patient. Honestly would recommend.

Well worth it

House is big enough for 5 adults to move around without getting into each other's way. Enough plates, pots, pans & utensils to cook for a army. Pool is well worth it too. The location was another reason we chose it.

Spacious Home Close to Disneyland

This house was perfect for our stay. Lots of room to spread out and plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well set up, the owner provided plenty of pool towels and excellent communication about everything. The neighborhood was clean and quiet and just a quick drive to Disneyland. Convenient shopping very close to the house as well. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Stay for our Big Groups

The owner was very helpful throughout the stay and always very responsive. The house was spacious and pool/ outdoor area was great. We had 4 families staying in the house, with 10 of us in total. There was plenty of room in bedrooms and kitchen. The beds were also comfortable. We stayed during March and was able to use the pool and hot tub. We purchased hot tub heating and it warmed within 40 minutes and was excellent! It's a great location being a few blocks away from Disneyland. The neighbors were respectful and kind. My recommendation's are to provide more televisions to allow other adult guests entertainment when not with the group. (there were only 3 TVS in the house. 2 on the main floor and master bedroom). Area rugs are also needed. A rug is needed near the backyard entrances because of the pool, front door (it rained and would be very slippery and dirty entering the house). I have a 1 year old and he would slip often throughout the house. The cleaning person should also clean off the cobb webs from the corners of rooms, wall frames and fixtures. Overall, this was a pleasant stay for us.

Strangely laid out home with a lovely outdoor area

We stayed here for a week during Thanksgiving. Overall it was a good experience. Matt was extremely helpful and nice, and we were in constant communication. The house had a few strange things about it—the layout of the downstairs is just funky, with no great feng shui. The furnishings are weirdly chosen, with sofas that don’t fill out the rooms and tile floors with no rugs, so it lacks the warmth of a well-furnished home. The bedrooms were nice, but again, furnishings seemed overly garish for the home. Matt was very accommodating with extra towels and pillowcases when we asked for them. The biggest issue was the pool temperature. Coming from Seattle, our #1 criteria for the house we chose was a heated pool (surprisingly hard to find). This one was able to be heated for a pre-selected number of hours per day. But on the first day, even though Matt provided heating above and beyond the number of hours we requested, the temperature never got higher than about 72. Brrr!! It’s a nice big pool, but I just don’t think their heating system cuts the mustard in November. So we bailed on pool heat and only heated the hot tub, which was very nice and hot. The kids braved the un-heated pool (so long as the hot tub was on, so they could warm up). Overall, I think this would be a nice place to stay in the summer when you don’t need to fuss with the pool heating. The house is still funky, but it’s fine/functional if you’re okay with that. Being very close to Disney is a plus.

Family Vacation

We really liked the property except that the listing for the property says the pool can be heated for additional fee but what it really means is that the pool AND the Jacuzzi can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day. And the heating of the Jacuzzi goes up to lukewarm water. This was extremely disappointing as we would have loved to relax in the evening sitting in the Jacuzzi. Also there is only one cable Box in the living room, the other Tv's did not have a cable box. And all of the seats in the kitchen are high like bar stools which was hard for our parents to sit in too long. The owner responded very quickly to all of our concerns and we loved our stay here

Very spacious house with lots of room. The owner was very nice and accommodating.

We ran out of propane one night, and he drove us down some late at night. We were impressed. Great host and great house layout. The rooms where large and the beds where comfortable. Will likely be staying here again for future trips to Disneyland.

Good morning, I hope you really go to clean your house. They have a lot of dust even in the kitchen cabinets. Cobweb lamps in the bathrooms are very well cared for. rent your house because my children love to be in the pool which was only the first day we arrived there, no lights in that part of the house or we did not find where to turn them on if you know that the weather is like this there had to be someone cleaning for At least once a day even if there was an extra charge but everything is working and in perfect condition the water is green I really do not recommend it to anyone

We all enjoyed the time we spent at Matt’s place. Obviously, the big hit was the pool and outdoors space. Our kids, spouses and grandkids, as well as my wife and I, enjoyed the time spent. The pool heater was not working when we checked in, but Matt responded very quickly and got the problem fix the following day. Matt also committed to provide a refund on my fees for when the heater was out. We had an ants problem in a few rooms, but nothing major. There were supplies in the house to take care of the problem. Definitely recommend this property.

SoCal baseball trip

Caught MLB games in all 3 SoCal parks....house was in a perfect location. Clean, quiet neighborhood and the host (Matt) was extremely attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Overall a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again!
