The room was clean and comfortable. The check in was kind of weird you needed a key card to get into the office hadn’t checked in yet so I did not have a key card. Not sure what to do at that point. Thank goodness, the driver of the van showed up at the perfect time and let me in. The “bag breakfast” was a microwave bagel, an apple, and a yogurt. There was no spoon included to eat the yogurt. Also, it was very noisy, at 2 AM. It sounded like someone was trying to bash his way into the hotel, I heard people walking and talking in the hallway as early as 4 AM.

3rd floor is best to stay away from cigarette smell. 3rd floor was wheelchair accessible for the shower. However, might need someone to help keep the door open as they do not have door stoppers

Would stay again!

Convenient shuttle to and from the hotel! Walking distance to everything we wanted to explore in Anchorage. Nice to have included breakfast every morning, with some limited selections. Overall, good service and appreciated the accommodations for our family trip with a toddler!

Most of the staff was very helpful. Our rooms were not as booked. The "A/C" was noisy and not suitable Our room had a broken window. One of the curtains was ripped and in need of replacing. The cupboard door in front or the refrigerator wouldn't stay closed creating a safety hazard for old people such as us. The first room we were "given" had a freezer that could not be used since it was frozen on my diabetic ice packs could go in it. I would definitely not recommend ANY ONE STAYING IN THIS FACILITY. 1 OUT OF 10 or worse!!!!

Booked a room for 5 people. They gave us 2 small beds. They could not find a key to housekeeping to get us a cot. The neighborhood is sketchy and the lobby gets locked and no one was at the front desk when we arrived so we had to wait for another guest to let us in. Breakfast was also awful. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfectly adequate if you are just using it as a basecamp to go do other things. The hotel felt like a time capsule from the 70s/80s and didn't feel like it had been updated much. The hotel has some security issues with the local unhoused population, so they have to keep the lobby doors locked, and we were approached on several occasions by people soliciting money. The onsite breakfast was very underwhelming and it was neither well stocked nor well maintained. On one day somebody burned the heck out of a waffle rendering the iron completely unusable for everyone else. We saw quite a few people come in, look at their options and turn around. It was serviceable, just not exciting in any way.
