*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING* I have never been to a hotel like this one. It’s just creepy and the whole vibe of it just seems off. Check in was just weird having to sign so much stuff taking upwards of about minutes. The room definitely needed structural inspection. The shower floor had a soft low spot. There were also some low spots in the carpet and some of the tiles were broken. There was a red stain on one of the pillows. And the lobby reeked of weed from some other hotel occupants smoking outside the door, despite the no smoking signs posted everywhere. The inconveniences lead me to look at a lot of the other reviews of this hotel. And from the weird feeling of being unsafe and some of the other creepy reviews I read…From people breaking into rooms. bed bugs and getting scammed out of money. It’s just not a clean safe hotel.So I decided at 11 oclock at night to pack my things and just drive the last 5 hours home through the night. Fairly certain the owner writes a lot of the good reviews for their hotel to boost their ratings because there is no possible way this hotel should be rated a 8.4.

Complete bait and switch , the room.we booked with rhe whirlpool tub is not what we got , staff argued with us that we did not book that room , i looked at the pictures of the room 5 times read the size of the room , we instead were given a standard king room on the 3rd floor , you have to wait at the front desk.to be let into the pool room the"Hot" tub was luke warm at best and have big globs of hair floating around, would never stay here again

The only issue I had, was their ice machine was broken. Everything else was simple and easy. Property very clean inside and out.

Very convenient as its just off the highway. Did have an issue with the reservation which i hope is resolved.

Clean, nice hotel. The only issue I had is that it was very noisy. Seemed as if you could hear everything. From people in the lobby, to people walking around and above you. Now I know it’s never going to be super quiet’s but this seemed worse than I have experienced before. It could be I am just too sensitive to the noise also. We didn’t do the breakfast because it wasn’t set up by the time we left at 6:50. Not sure when it opened up. But overall, a decent room and nice place to sleep for the night.
